Karyakarta Development
Building Future Leaders
Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal identifies dedicated individuals with a passion for educational transformation and nation-building and engages them as Karyakartas through four distinct orientation programs. These orientation programs equip the workers with the necessary skills, ideological clarity, and practical knowledge needed to effectively execute organizational objectives.
