Mandal

Mandal is the foundational unit of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal. It serves as a localized, weekly study-circle operating with a specific schedule, location, and topic of discussion.

  • Objective: To serve as a catalyst for ideological discourse and intellectual awakening among society, particularly educators.
  • Structure: Comprises 4 to 20 karyakartas.
  • Duration: 60-minute weekly gatherings, fostering regular interaction and continuity of thought.
  • Significance: It acts as the backbone of the organization, continuously engaging individuals in nation-building conversations and shaping their worldview through a Bharatiya perspective.

What?

  • The most crucial and fundamental unit of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal.
  • A dedicated platform for individuals passionate about education to engage in deep understanding and constructive dialogue on education-related issues.
  • Each Mandal should ideally comprise a maximum of 20 participants, with a clearly documented and well-maintained participants’ list.
  • A minimum of 4 members must be present to conduct a mandal.
  • Regularly conducting, collective participation, constructive discussions, and detailed documentation are essential.
