Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal is an educational and ideological organization founded on the principles of Ekatma Jeevan Darshan. Its primary objective is to promote Bharat-centric thought and re-establish Bharatiyata in education. This requires a clear understanding of the foundational principles of Bharatiyata. Current systems are still influenced by colonial mindset. In such a scenario, education is the most effective tool to re-establish the Bharatiya philosophical foundation and initiate fundamental reforms in the entire education system. Therefore, the organization's ideological foundation can be understood in two parts:
Concept of Bharatiyata
The concept of Bharatiyata can be understood through the following nine fundamental elements, which are considered as the pillars of Bharatiyata. Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal aims to integrate these into the four foundational pillars of education: Objective, Policy, Curriculum, and Methodology.

Bharatiyata in Education
To re-establish Bharatiyata in education, it is essential that the purpose, policy, curriculum, and methodology clearly reflect the Bharatiya perspective. In this direction, Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal has identified seven key principles for social awakening, which are presented below.
