All individuals above 18 years of age with a firm belief in the Bharatiya perspective on education are eligible for primary membership. Interested people must subscribe to the BSM magazines by contributing the prescribed subscription amount. Membership is subject to the approval of the respective unit's working committee. Members whose subscriptions are up-to-date and have actively served the Mandal for at least three consecutive years will gain voting rights, enabling them to vote in organizational elections.
